Join as our new Site Supervisor

 Xanadu Build is expanding! We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will act as a primary site leader responsible for ensuring excellence across all phases of custom home and ADU building projects.


Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on, as needed; supervising crews, ensuring job-site safety, and maintaining high quality standards
  • Leading projects from planning through completion, including setting goals, managing schedules, coordinating with Project Managers, vendors, and subcontractors, and resolving on-site challenges
  • Managing project budgets and resources while ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and labor
  • Communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project progress, selections, and services; providing accurate daily reports
  • Recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating on-site staff
The ideal candidate:
  • Has strong hands-on construction experience with custom homes and/or ADUs
  • Is an organized, steady leader who earns respect on the job site
  • Communicates clearly with both tradespeople and clients
  • Takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and follow-through
